Report link troubleshooting
What each error message means, and what to do.
| You see | What to do |
|---|---|
| “This link has already been used.” | The link has no opens left, has expired, or was switched off. Ask your NebuSec contact for a new one. |
| “This report needs a valid link.” | Open the link you were sent again. If it then says it’s already been used, ask your NebuSec contact for a new one. |
| “This report is not published yet.” | Try again in a few minutes. Your link still works. |
| “This report is temporarily unavailable.” | Try again shortly. If it keeps happening, tell your NebuSec contact. |
